Thanks,

I would try the area Bill sugested. Another good area is SAndy Creek and Kickapoo creek along the rip-rap on the north side of 190 bridge. Try a Parrot colored Rapala DT6 or new DT4. Thier is brush along the bridge

Hey Coach,
I'm looking at the map and Penwaugh Slough looks to be in the middle of the lake. Is this where you are talking about or did I miss it on the map? Also, is navigating Livingston tricky or is it well marked?

Yes the Penwaugh Slough is where Bill is taking about. This lake is very tough to navigate. Tons of stumps

I fished Livingston 88 or 89 time frame with the MBAA nationals, nothing was marked, I ended up bending a prop shaft.
Has there been any marking since then? I remember seeing some big tree's out in open water, that lake was a worry to navigate.

RC the lake is still tough to navigate. You need to know where the timber is and you still have to hold your breath and pray sometimes. TABC has marked the river channel north of the 190 bridge but be carefull some bouys are missing.

As far away as I am from Livingston, I don't see the oppertunity to learn it, I think I will leave it to the locals.
Thanks for the response John.
