Had a tourney out at Millers Creek last sunday we pre-fished the Wednesday before and got a couple short fish so it wasnt looking to promising. Tourney came and got third with 7.11lbs one a little over 4lbs and the other a little over 2lbs. First place had a little over 12lbs. I ran up lake where the water clarity was only about 3 to 6in, my kind of water and caught the big one on a 1/2oz brown and black jig. And caught the other on a white spinner bait. I like the lake except for there was absolutely NO WIND BREAK anywhere, basically it was a lake in the middle of a wheat field and the wind blew hard all day so it didnt make it to fun. Just thought I would share my trip with yall.

I hate fishing the wind, I wouldn't have pulled a third place finish out of it.
Third is a good finish, especally with such bleak expectations, GOOD JOB!
