How do you fish them: Weightless? c-rig? Jig-head? others?
What colors do you like best?

Hot tips or ideas?

I like the super stud by Gambler. I rig it in all of the above way. You may also want to try it as a buzz bait or spinner bait trailer. The plastic gives it a bigger profile and you can work the buzz bait a little slower. Helps slow the fall on the spinner bait. May even want to try that over the grass!!!!! but don't tell any one!!! As far as colors, I like any watermelon color, white and June bug!!! My favorite way is on a c-rig or weightless. C-rig on deep points, and weightless in the thickest cover you can find. Hope this helps!!!!

I like Bass Assasin and Zoom, I fish weightless, Carolina and split shotting.
Watermellon variants, white and shad are my favorites.

Well I could tell some storys but I won't I haven't fished a soft plastic jerkbait much but when I do I fish the Gambler Super Studs (sponsor) rigged wieghtless with a swivel. I like watermelon or white. I have never Carolina Rigged them but I had a co-angler in BFL finish 5th doing this on Toledo Bend. I kept losing fish in the brush that he was able to boat. Some of you may remember the name Lester Nicklebur. He lost his life to the lake shortly after we fished this event

i fish the zoom, pretty much weightless or w/ some nails added...depending on season and sink rate.
i've tried them on c-rigs and close your eyes drop shot (that's right don't knock a "big bubba" ds).....
the only color i throw is some shad color

I have been using the Zoom Fluke with a swivel and no weight. Use about a 10 inch leader and you can use it anywhere. Last year it turned out to be a great bait in lilley pads during the heat of the day. Oh yea, I didn't know there were any colors but watermelon w/red flake.
