hey bill sounds like you may have some air trapped in your lines, to bleed your lines you will first need a second set of hands, im sure nanda wont mind, on each end of your seastar steering actuator you have bleed valves, start with either one and crack bleed valve until clear of air, tighten back down and have nada turn wheel a few times, crack again until clear, go to other side and repeat, just make sure you have enough fluid in lines, top of resorvoir under your starboard windshield, you may have to remove your winshield on yours, hope this helps, if any others have suggestions please reply to this post.................thanks

1) Screw the threaded end of filler tube into the helm filler hole, remove cap from oil bottle and hold upright, screw into tube bottle cap. Poke hole in bottom of bottle
2) When air bubbles stop coming out of the helm turn the steering wheel clockwise until cylinder rod is fully extended, Open the right side bleed valve
3) Hold the cylinder rod while turning the wheel counter clockwise until a steady stream of fluid comes out (about a half a bottle) While continuing to turn the wheel close the bleeder
Reverse the procedure for the left side
