Well it is about 2 PM Sunday afternoon just finished cleaning my boat after a trip to Possum Kingdom which is brackish water (salty) the reason I am writing this is for years I had trouble with water spots actually salt drying on my boat but last year at Fun and Sun Marine in Granbury they had Megeries Boat Polish on sale still was about $14 dollars I do not remember witch one but the guys swore by it ok I polished using a buffer took 3 hours to do it right and I do this every October now the reason it keeps the slime off my boat and makes so easy to clean up
I have fished 5 days straight at Fork 4 days at Big Sam this year no washing till I got home and all it took was some Starbrite Boat wash and it comes clean no scrubbing or harsh chemicals to clean the scum off
in between waxing I use 3M cleaning and Polish spray to remove the water marks from not drying my boat fast enough and especially the Dark Blue Yamaha color
any way if you do not wax you boat with a paste wax yearly you are making more work on your self plus keep the boat looking new ask any of the guys who saw my boat at Rayburn this may
Good boating
