I would like to see how people organize thier tackle. In the truck, boat, house. Where are your spare baits? How do you pack your spares for a trip? How do you organize your boat? Mostly what to do with those 100's of bags of spare worms. Please describe or post picture. Lets also see if and how you are you are using your Cooks or EasyView Tackle Systems

I put everything in Plano boxes, and take them all with me to the tournament site.
I choose the baits and style when I am preparing/ loading the boat.

I have most of my hard baits in Plano boxes and in racks in the truck and soft sided tackle boxes. All Spare soft plastics are seperated by type of bait and put in large zip lock bags. These bags are then put in plastic tubs which stay in the back of the truck. Latley I have just been bring a tackle box on the boat and fishing out of it.

I am slowly doing away with all plano and going to Falcon Tackle organizers Their soft side worm bags they allow me to store them by type and holds tons more than a traditional bag type worm binder and is easier to use Say they are really killing watermelon seed worms I can move the pack to the font just by picking it up and putting it there instead of hunting it down Then when it is time to unload or reload just grab the straps go They are lighter and more compact
The boxes are more expensive but built tougher and organizes better they bait specific Rattle trap, top water. small cranks. medium and large plus more

Now what is the best jig organizer I looked all over and all I find is similar to a worm binder like to organize to size and color

Well as most of you know i have a bay boat..... I use a 90qt igloo cooler for a tackle box... everything stays dry, i can take it all out at one time, my loc-r-bar goes across the cooler so it can be locked up... inside, i have a few of the plano type trays... and i also secured come clothes pins to the lid so i can hang bags of soft plastics... it works for me... i also have a small bag that holds 5 of the medium size trays and has 3 or 4 pockets... it will hold plenty if i am riding with someone else... if i am riding with someone else, i try to bring the bare minimum... confidence baits only...
